Tim Flanagan is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer (CF-L1), a CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2) and CrossFit Endurance certified. He was a high school track athlete and has studied several martial arts including muay thai, jiu jitsu, and kung fu. I began doing CrossFit in Nashville, TN in early 2011  and has since become a bit of a nomad, coaching at gyms in Nashville, Boston, and Jacksonville in the US; Arequipa and Lima, Peru where he was a coach for the Altair CrossFit team in the Latin American Games Regionals. He loves chippers and anything with kettlebells. Aside from the community, my favorite thing about CrossFit is the love of bacon and coffee.

Sadie Hollins is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer (CF-L1), certified in CrossFit Striking, and NCSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Her  background is in the academic study of sport, with a BSc in Sport Science and a PhD in Sport Studies. She has worked as a Research Fellow and a University Lecturer with particular interests in youth development in sport and the sustainability of sports mega-events. Her own sporting background is in skateboarding and football (soccer), and I have also competed in Muay Thai and Western boxing. One random fact about me is that I was once a stunt double for a British kids TV show where I had to skateboard as a French maid...thankfully the video evidence is gone!
