5 RNFT - can be done in groups of 2 or 3
25m sled drag (using webbing, facing towards sled)
25m sled pull (using webbing, facing away from sled)
2 lap recovery jog between each trip

*sleds should be heavy, but they should be able to keep moving.

Partner/ Team WOD B:

Start with team running 2 laps together.  Entire team must be back in gym before the rest of the work can begin.  All members can work at the same time, but not at the same station.
