Strength:

A)  Front Squat Doubles From Racks

That's 2 squats, rest about 2 min, 2 squats again etc. Adjust on the rest, coach should use clock.  No failure.

B)  Power Clean + Front Squat  6x(1+1)

WOD:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

32/24 KG Russian KB Swings
and
x1 40 meter shuttle sprint. (20 out, 20 back =1)

*After each set of reps of swings, perform ONE 40 meter sprint.
