Strength:

A:  Clean x 8 x 2 (No jerk.)
Give clients plenty of time to do 8 sets of 2 reps of full clean. Adjust weight between sets.  Compare weights against Tuesday October 6th.

B:  Add about 20% to heaviest weight and do 3x2 (3 sets of 2 reps) of clean pulls from the floor.  That's arms straight, no high pull, focus on fluid movement with no pausing between positions.
