B) Split Squat 2x13-15
Split Squat, from the racks. Like a lunge, but do all one leg then the other.
3 sets for time of:
50 Double-Unders (100 SU)
30 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
20 Squat Tuck Jumps (Start and finish in a squat, bring knees above parallel on every jump.)
Rest 2 minutes between each attempt.
