10 Goblet Squats
10 off set suitcase walking lunges
 

WOD:

Teams of 3:
40 Synchronized Kettelbell Swings (24k/16k)
40 Synchronized Goblet Squats (24k/16k)
(if ketlebell touches ground then all will do 10 synchronized air squats)

80 wall balls (20#/14#)
(other two partners will do a dead hang hold on pull up bar, if one partner comes off the bar then you must switch positions.  Two partners will be holding at one time)

40 KB Ground to Overhead Each (24k/16k)

2 laps as a team.
