Strength:

A) Backsquat 3x 8-10 Reps
 If 10+, 9=, 8-

B) 2x6-8 of unilateral KB step ups. Hold KB in front rack position. Use opposite leg, opposite arm for today. (If stepping with right leg, rack KB on left side.)  (compare against  15 Oct)

WOD:

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time…
Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

Rest until the running clock reaches 8:00, and then…
