 B. Take 80% of that weight for part B.
 B) 2 minutes to perform:
 8 cleans with a 1 second reset in between.

 Perform this 3 times for a total of 24 cleans.


Focusing on Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups or a scaling similar to what athlete used on Dec 15th.
 30 C2B Pull ups for time. 5 minute time cap.


12 Min AMRAP
 6 Cleans @ 95/65 (This should feel LIGHT, if it's more than about 50% of your 1RM, reduce that weight.)
 4 C2B Pull Ups (Scale as needed.)
