A) Overhead Press:
 3 x 4-6
 If 6+, 5=, 4-

Ai) 1 ME set of strict press at 85% of today's last set

B) 3x 10 Giant Sets of: Front Raises, Lateral Raises, Bent over Rev Flyes
Men try around 10 lbs, Women around 5 lbs.  Check against last time on Nov 11.

WOD:

WORKOUT 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115/75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115/75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24/20" box
