Strength:

A: Hexbar Fast DL Doubles. 2,2,2,2,2. Clients do a clean pull-style very fast deadlift, possibly coming up to toes.
Rest 2 min between every double, allow other partners to work reps in between.
B: ME Sandbag shoulders in 2 min @ about 50% BW.

WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts (155/105 lbs)
12 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
9 Front Squats (155/105 lbs)
6 Jerks (155/105 lbs)
