A) 20 minutes. Work up to a heavy single in the snatch. Record your heavy single.  (Dec 14)

B)  EMOTM 8 Min: (use today's 1RM Snatch weight)
 
 2 Second Pause at just below knee.
 2 Second Pause at just above knee.
 2 Second pause at high hang/hip position.
 Snatch Pull from the hips.

C)  WORKOUT 15.1 (see Jan 5)
 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
 15 toes-to-bars
 10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
 5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)
