Strength:

8 minutes to work up to a heavy double on the clean.
 
 EMOTM for 7 minutes:
 Add +10% to heavy single weight and do 3x clean pulls from the ground every minutes. 

Skill:

Max Unbroken Toes to Bar. 2 minute time cap. 
 *Compare against December 16th.

WOD:

WORKOUT 15.1
 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
 15 toes-to-bars
 10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
 5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.) (This workout allows GTOH instead of snatches.)
