A:  Retest max unbroken HSPU at previous scale. (21 & 29 Dec) (Keep all variables the same.)

B:  Use scaling established for HSPU. Divide ME by 2 and perform 3 sets of this number at previous scaling.

C:  2 minutes max effort burpees. Record score. (compare against 17 December(
