A) Establish HSPU scale and do one set of ME at that scale. Compare against Dec 21st, 29th and Jan 14th.
After ME, divide by 2 and do 3 more sets.
IE: ME = 10. /2 =5 do 3x5.
B) 15 min AMRAP
5 HSPU (Kipping ok.)
1 Rope Climb (8 ring rows or 2 rope ground to stands for sub.)
