The following are the standards for each division. These are general guidelines and subject to change.

Rx Division

If you are looking for a challenge, this is the division for you. This will include the most advanced and technical moves and heavier weights. 

  • Clean & Jerk: 185 lbs / 125 lbs
  • Snatch: 135 lbs / 95 lbs
  • Box Jump: 30" / 24"
  • Wallball: 20 lbs to 10' target / 14 lbs to 9' target
  • Kettlebell snatch (1 arm): 32 kg / 20 kg
  • Handstand walk
  • Bar muscle up
  • Handstand push up
  • Toes to bar
  • And other common CrossFit movements and weights

Scaled Division

This is the division for everyone -- if you're new to CrossFit, want to try your first competition, or just want a fun challenge through the weekend. Movements will be similar to Rx, but weights will be lighter and movements less technical.

  • Clean & Jerk: 135 / 95
  • Snatch: 95 / 65
  • Box Jump: 24 / 20
  • Wallball: 20 to 9' target / 14 to 8' target
  • Kettlebell swing: 24 kg / 16 kg
  • Pull ups / Jumping pull ups
  • And other common CrossFit movements and weights

Masters Division

This is for athletes 40+.  Show the youngsters how it's done.  You can compete in Rx if you want as a Masters athlete, but if you want to go head to head with your peers this is for you.

  • Clean & Jerk: 155 / 105
  • Snatch: 115 / 75
  • Boxjump: 24 /20
  • Wallball: 20 lbs to 10' target / 14 lbs to 9' target
  • Kettlebell snatch: 24 kg / 16 kg 
  • Chest to bar / pull ups
  • And other common CrossFit movements and weights
