Joining

CrossFit classes are personal training in a group setting. We're not going to give you a 5 minute introduction to the gym and leave you to figure it our yourself. Every class includes one-on-one time, group instruction, and the advantage of working out with a team — you'll push yourself harder and have more fun! 

NEW MEMBERS Fundamentals Class: Your first month requires a Fundamentals class, which is three one-on-one sessions with a coach. This will get you trained in the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and make sure that you move well. Then you can jump into classes with a good understanding of what is going on. If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you can sign up for a one time assessment to see where you are at. Fundamentals = 1,000 / one time

Unlimited Membership = 3,000 / month (3 months in advance = 8,000 / 6 months in advance = 15,000)

Teachers/Families/NGO/University Student = 2,700 / month (3 months in advance = 7,200 / 6 months in advance = 13,500). Family discount is only applicable when 2 or more family members have active memberships.

Teens (Students aged 13-17 w/ parental approval) = 1,500 / month

Open Gym Only = 2,000 / month

Drop ins: If you are an experienced CrossFitter, we offer a drop in at 500 B per day for classes, 300 B per day for open gym.  We also offer a 1 week drop at 1,200 B.  If you're in town for more than 2 weeks, we recommend a month unlimited. Please come 15 minutes before the class starts to fill out a waiver and get set up.

Personal Training/Individual Coaching: We also are available for one-on-one coaching outside of class hours to work on specific issues or goals. Let an instructor know if you are interested.
