CrossFit isn't a single exercise, but a program combining gymnastics, weightlifting, classic conditioning (sprinting, medicine balls, etc.).  It is very effective and produces results fast.  Even if you've never worked out before, CrossFit is something you can do to get fit!

What to try it out first?  Come on the first Saturday of each month, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM, for our free Community Workout.  This is a great chance to get an idea of what CrossFit is like, and it is a fun way to get a good workout in on a Saturday!

You don't have to be an expert to start CrossFit, and you don't have to wait until you're in "better shape" to start! We work with athletes at all levels -- from beginners just starting out on their fitness journey to advanced athletes working on specific goals. Working out together, but with scaling appropriate to each athlete makes sure that the workouts are fun and challenging for everyone.  We also offer one-on-one personal training by appointment, as well as open gym time so you can come in and practice new skills or make up a workout you missed.


Your first month requires a Fundamentals class, which is three one-on-one sessions with a coach. This will get you trained in the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and make sure that you move well. Then you can jump into classes with a good understanding of what is going on.
