Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is a key discipline for CrossFit, and a challenging and exciting Olympic sport.  At CFCNX we have ongoing training and coaching in Olympic weightlifting, as well as regular workshops, competitions and training opportunities.  If you want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive, Olympic weightlifting is the best way to train.

Powerlifting

We are also big fans of powerlifting, and the key lifts (deadlift, squat, bench) that make up powerlifting.

We incorporate powerlifting as part of our programming as well as the barbell club. Check in with us and come in and lift!
